Annie D’s Grill in Amsterdam is gearing up to open this week.
Located at 38 E. Main St. and owned by D’Andre Jones, the restaurant promises to bring Spanish and Italian food to the city.
There will be a lunch buffet, along with a dinner menu offering fried plantains, wings and more.
The restaurant will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
“I see Amsterdam is in a little up-climb,” Jones said in January, “and I want to be a part of it.”
