Lady Bills finish season 13-1
SCOTIA — The Johnstown Lady Bills closed out their season with a 4-0 victory over Scotia-Glenville Friday at Scotia-Glenville High School.
After a scoreless first half, Cole Krempa put Johnstown on the board in the third quarter off an assist from Taryn Ringer.
The Lady Bills’ Emily Fleming benefitted on well executed penalty corners for two of her three goals in the match.
Fleming got the first one off assists from Molly Memrick and Kalena Eaton.
Fleming opened the fourth quarter with an unassisted goal off a hard shot from the top of the circle in transition before closing out the scoring off an assist from Anna Lee on a penalty corner.
The Lady Bills held a 17-4 advantage in shots on goal and 9-1 in penalty corners.
Johnstown finished the Fall II season with an 11-1 Foothills council record while going 13-1 overall.
