Lee leads Lady Bills to Senior Night victory

JOHNSTOWN — Senior Anna Lee led four Johnstown scorers in double-figures with 19 points as the Lady Bills defeated Mayfield 65-32 in Fulton County League action Saturday at Johnstown High School.

Jaden Wilson joined Lee in double-digits with 13 points, while Abby VandeWalker finished with 11 points, and Jayden Chest added 10 points.

Kelsey Meca paced Mayfield with 13 points, while Cloey Dopp finished with 12 points and Brooke Iannuzzi chipped in with four points to go with two from Katrina Agerter and a point from Adriana Yuret.

It was senior day as Johnstown as Sarah Pratt, Lee, Meghan Mraz, Abby VandeWalker, Kanako Sasaki and Abby VanValkenburgh were honored following the game.

BROADALBIN — The Lady Patriots jumped out to a 21-0 lead and cruised to victory over Gloversville Saturday in Fulton County League action at Broadalbin-Perth High School.

Mairead Marsden and Emma Goebel led Broadalbin-Perth with 12 points apiece, while Makenzie Smith finished with eight and Camille Calderone chipped in with six.

Brooke Dutcher led Gloversville with her 10-point effort, while Abbey Curtis finished with six points and Elizabeth Campione had two points to go with a point apiece from Layla Chapin and Anna Murphy.

FONDA — Andie Gannon and Jackie Stanavich combined for 49 points to lead Amsterdam to victory over Fonda-Fultonville in Montgomery County League action Saturday at Fonda-Fultonville High School.

Gannon led all scorers with 28 points, while Stanavich finished with 21 and Antonia May chipped in with 11.

Kyla Smith led Fonda-Fultonville with 17 points and five steals, while Avery Cusack had 12 points and Marilyn Whitcavitch added 11 points to go with six points and 12 rebounds from Kieonna Christmas and six points form Carly Atty.

STILLWATER — Marley Mueller delivered a 15-point performance to lead Stillwater to victory over Galway in Saratoga County League Saturday at Stillwater High School.

Peyton Morris joined Mueller in double-digits with 10 points, while Molly Sheehan and Bella Toleman had six points apiece.

Ryan Ripepi led Galway with seven points, while Julia Reedy and Emma Spadaro hit for six points apiece.
