Glens Falls bowlers top Johnstown, 3-1

JOHNSTOWN — Sean Derrick rolled a 234-645 to lead Glens Falls to a 3-1 victory over Johnstown in a Foothills Council bowling match.

Jocelyn Smith posted a 243-619 for the Indians, while Michael Blockburger added a 201-545.

Mick Winton finished with a 203-578 to lead Johnstown (18-38 overall), Bruanna Subik had a 204-548 and Steven Hulbert rolled a 214-533. Patrick Clemence added a 204-515 for the Sir Bills.

Glens Falls (6-18 overall) finished with a 3,079-3,012 advantage in total pins.

The match was contested virtually with both teams competing at their home lanes. Johnstown bowled at Perry Lanes, while Glens Falls competed at Kingpin’s Alley.

Hudson Falls 0

GLOVERSVILLE — London Tallon had games of 212 and 233 on his way to a 613 series to help Gloversville to a 4-0 victory over Hudson Falls in a Foothills Council bowling match.

Adam Loveless posted a 227-609 for the Huskies, A.J. Dorman rolled a 289-597 and Brad Wisniewski finished with a 200-570. Mark Sgambato recorded a 195-563 for Gloversville and Riley Griffiths added a 200-532.

Braden Wells posted a 219-594 to lead Hudson Falls, while Atrayu Wallach had a 180-486. Caleb Tamez rolled a 200-470 for the Tigers.

Gloversville (50-6 overall) finished with a 3,484-2,693 advantage in total pins.

The match was contested virtually with both teams competing at their home lanes. Gloversville bowled at Arterial Lanes, while Hudson Falls competed at Broadway Lanes.
