Amsterdam improves to 6-0

AMSTERDAM — The Amsteradm Lady Rams kept their unbeaten record intact with an 80-17 Montgomery County League victory over Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville Friday at Amsterdam High School.

Jackie Stanavich led Amsterdam with 23 points, while Andie Gannon connected for 20 and Antonia May finished with 18 points.

Kayla Hickey led OESJ with eight points, while Sydney Eggleston had four and Anderson Eggleston and Alexis Klock had two points apiece to go with a point from Alexis Mumford.

GALWAY — Cameron Woodard connected for 22 points to lead South Glens Falls to a 51-41 victory over Galway in Saratoga County League action Friday.

Thomas Provost added nine points for the Bulldogs, while Brandon Stimpson finished with seven points.

Henry Flint led Galway (2-3) with 11 points, while Thomas Villano scored nine and Brendan Shader finished with eight points.
