Gloversville sweeps Johnstown, 4-0

GLOVERSVILLE — Mark Sgambato rolled games of 232 and 258 on his way to a 680 series to help Gloversville to a 4-0 victory over Johnstown in a Foothills Council bowling match Wednesday.

Both teams bowled at their home lanes with Gloversville competing at Arterial Lanes and Johnstown bowling at Perry Lanes. The scores were then combined to determine the result.

London Tallon posted a 247-630 for Gloversville, Adam Loveless had a 225-622 and Adrian Dorman rolled a 227-609. Brad Wisniewski finished with a 213-573 for the Huskies and Riley Griffiths added a 211-571.

Brianna Subik led Johnstown with a 229-596, while Matthew Ferrara had a 191-530. Steven Hulbert added a 217-550 for the Sir Bills.

Gloversville finished with a 3,685-2,975 advantage in total pins.
