Foothills United Methodist Church to offer candlelight service

GLOVERSVILLE — The Foothills United Methodist Church staff, 17 Fremont St., invites the public to join them at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 24 in the sanctuary for their Christmas Eve family candlelight service with readings from the Gospel and singing favorite hymns, according to a news release.

The Foothills mini choir will be singing and soloist, Linda Cramer, will sing “O Holy Night.”

The mini choir and bell choirs are directed by Vivienne Cirillo.

The choir will sing “Silent Night” (accompanied by the bell choir) by candlelight. Come and experience the birth of Jesus Christ.

The church is family friendly and handicap accessible.

Due to COVID-19, everyone attending the Christmas Eve service must wear a mask and adhere to social distancing.
