Lady Blue Devils hand Mount Markham first loss

DOLGEVILLE — The Dolgeville girls volleyball team dealt Mount Markham its first loss of the season 3-1 Thursday at Dolgeville High School.

The Lady Blue Devils picked up the with game scores of 25-20, 28-26, 18-25 and 25-20 to improve to 6-0 in its the Center State Conference Division II standings and 13-2 overall. CSC Division III leader Mount Markham falls to 5-0 in the division and 12-1 overall.

Breanna Potts and Rylee Lamphere had 11 kills apiece for Dolgeville, while Emma Bilinski had 10 kills and Jazzlyn Grassel added nine kills.

Lamphere also had 16 assists, 27 digs and four aces, while Potts added 22 digs and a block and Bilinski had 13 assists, 26 digs and two aces.. Grassel added 19 digs, four aces and a block, while Ashlynne Seeley had 14 digs and two aces and Morgan Beaulieu chipped in with 12 digs, three assists and a kill.
