H.S Bowling Roundup: Auspelmyer leads FFCS to victory
AMSTERDAM — Ethan Auspelmyer rolled games of 214, 226 and 237 to finish with a 677 series to lead Fonda-Fultonville to a 4-0 victory over Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons in a Western Athletic Conference boys bowling match at Kelly’s Imperial Lanes.
Dylan Livingston posted a 216-596 for the Braves, while Tomek Kowalczyk added a 189-517.
Alex Belcher posted a 267-643 to lead Bishop Gibbons, while Nick Gosh had a 192-540. James Simonds rolled a 190-515 for the Golden Knights and Evan Sawitzki added a 168-501.
FFCS finished with a 2,925-2,681 advantage in total pins.
The Braves are scheduled to host Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville on Monday at Kelly’s Imperial Lanes.

AMSTERDAM — Mekhi Curry had games of 226, 232 and 238 to lead Amsterdam to a 4-0 victory over South Glens Falls in a Foothills Council bowling match Thursday at Kelly’s Imperial Lanes.
Kai Brennan finished with a 226-639 for the Rams, Donavan Lazier rolled a 255-637 and Jon Wolff posted a 214-581. Patrick Hyam had a 233-569 for Amsterdam and Matt Sawitzki added a 184-518.
Dalton Jones rolled a 222-646 to lead South Glens Falls, while Jacob Hall posted a 221-616. Willis Bickford finished with a 214-611 for the Bulldogs and Mykal Brunelle added a 236-577.
Amsterdam finished with a 3,640-3,335 advantage in total pins.
The Rams are scheduled to host Gloversville on Monday at Kelly’s Imperial Lanes.
