Girls Basketball Roundup: Northville rolls past OESJ

ST. JOHNSVILLE — The Northville Lady Falcons used a 16-4 second quarter surge to break open a tie ball game and pull away for a 46-26 victory over Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville in Western Athletic Conference action Friday night at Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville High School.

Kerrigan Groff led the Lady Falcons with 17 points, while Grace Forsey had nine and Morgan Mackey and Madalyn Biche added five points each.

Abby Blakeslee led OESJ with eight points, while Shian Harmon had seven and Alexis Klock chipped in with four.

DUANESBURG — Allison O’Hanlon hit four 3-pointers in her game-high 26 point performance to lead the Eagles past Canajoharie.

Olivia Ruth, Madison Meyer and Hannah Mulhern all scored 14 points for Duanesburg.

Monica Hartlieb led Canajoharie with 11 points, while Victoria Adams and Kylee Rickard finished each with seven points.

BERNE — The Bulldogs converted on 22 of 32 free throw attempts in their WAC victory over Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons Friday night.

Alexis Wright led BKW with 23 points, including a 10-for-11 effort from the free throw-line. Taylor Meacham added 15 points for the Bulldogs and Grace Tymchyn chipped in with 10.

Saige Randolph led Bishop Gibbons with 13 points, while Ayanna Jackson and Juliana Tortello finished with six points apiece.

DOLGEVILLE — Hannah Stack scored a double-double of 28 points and 15 rebounds to go with five blocked shots to lead Dolgeville to the Center State Conference victory over Oriskany.

Kerisa VanOlst added 17 points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals for the Blue Devils, while Hannah Spofford added nine points and two assists.

Ashley Reid led Oriskany with 11 points, while Mackenzie Buck finished with eight and Jordyn Coleman had five points.
