FMCC Roundup: Lady Raiders rout SUNY Adirondack

QUEENSBURY — Hasjina Gaddy finished with 19 points and 11 rebounds to lead Fulton-Montgomery Community College to a 75-32 victory over SUNY Adirondack in a Mountain Valley Conference women’s basketball game Sunday.

The Lady Raiders led 36-8 at the half on their way to the win.

Djenaba Ndiaye had 16 points for FMCC, while Jesse VanNostrand added 10 points.

Kayla Raymond scored seven points to lead SUNY Adirondack.

FMCC (8-5 overall) is scheduled to travel to SUNY Sullivan on Thursday for a 6 p.m. game.

FMCC men defeat SUNY Adirondack

QUEENSBURY — Fulton-Montgomery Community College outscored SUNY Adirondack 51-39 in the second half to post a 90-78 victory in a Mountain Valley Conference men’s basketball contest Sunday.

Tavon Price finished with 33 points, eight assists, five rebounds and four steals to lead SUNY Adirondack, while Victor Roca had 20 points. Christian Russell added 17 points for the Timberwolves.

FMCC (4-9 overall) is scheduled to travel to Schenectady County Community College on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. contest.
