H.S. Bowling Roundup: Johnstown tops Glens Falls for first victory of season
SOUTH GLENS FALLS — Steven Hulbert rolled a high game of 267 and finished with a 648 series to lead Johnstown to a 3-1 victory over South Glens Falls in a Foothills Council bowling match at Kingpin’s Alley on Wednesday.
Mick Winton finished with a 258-642 for the Sir Bills, while Brianna Subik had a 554 series. Noah Barner added a 521 series for Johnstown, which finished with a 3,247-3,234 advantage in total pins.
Payton Granger finished with a 279-658 to lead Glens Falls, while Jocelyn Smith added a 259-622.
Johnstown is scheduled to host Queensbury today at Perry Lanes. Glens Falls is set to travel to Gloversville today. Both matches are scheduled for 4:30 p.m.

Adam Loveless rolled a 243-585 for the Huskies, Adrian Dorman posted a 201-552 and Mariah Morrison added a 194-536.
Logan Steele posted a 200-564 to lead Schuylerville, while Ethan Corlew posted a 206-549. Charlie Sherman finished with a 187-545 for the Black Horses, Aidan Weatherwax had a 192-534 and Carson Griffin added a 205-534.
Gloversville finished with a 3,275-3,143 advantage in total pins.

FORT EDWARD — Jon Lemery finished with a 206-609 to lead Hudson Falls to a Foothills Council victory over Broadalbin-Perth at Broadway Lanes.
Logan Bennett had a 216-566 for the Tigers, while Gavin Bennett had a 222-559.
Alex Filmer posted a 256-587 to lead Broadalbin-Perth, while Austin Wallace rolled a 202-586. Kobi Mason added a 216-583 for the Patriots.
Hudson Falls finished with a 3,259-3,211 advantage in total pins.
Broadalbin-Perth is scheduled to host Amsterdam today at 4:30 p.m.
