AHS girls tennis loses to South High

AMSTERDAM — South Glens Falls won four of five singles matches and both doubles contests to post a 6-1 victory over Amsterdam in a Foothills Council girls tennis match Monday at Amsterdam High School.

Molly Killeen, Kristen Wright, Olivia Osakowicz and Grace Alhiem won singles matches for the Bulldogs.

Jessica Freiberger and Anna Patel won at first doubles for South Glens Falls (3-1 overall, 3-1 Foothills), while Emily Deuel and Lila DeLuke won at second doubles.

Natalie Flint posted the lone win for Amsterdam (2-2 overall, 2-2 Foothills).
