Dolgeville softball loses to Hamilton

DOLGEVILLE — Lauren Rodriguez had a single, double and a triple to lead Hamilton to a 24-4 victory over Dolgeville in a Center State Conference softball contest Tuesday.

The Emerald Knights put 10 runs on the board in the third inning and had 20 hits in the game on their way to the win.

Emily McCann had four singles for Hamilton (5-2 overall), while Jenna Rogers had a double and two singles. Madison Rodriguez finished with three singles for the Emerald Knights, Ashley LaRuffa had a single and a double, and Kyleigh Pearson and Kerrigan Kelly each had two singles. Emma Basher added a triple for Hamilton.

Bella Nichols had a triple for Dolgeville (0-3 overall), while Hannah Stack and Breanna Potts each had singles.
