Brado, Boucaud compete at meet

ITHACA — The SUNY Cobleskill men’s indoor track & field championship team posted a score of 14 points to place tied for 20th overall in  a field of 40 teams at the 2019 All-Atlantic Regional Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Ithaca College over the weekend. The Fighting Tigers brought home a pair of all-regional Team efforts from the event.

Sophomore multi-event athlete Tyler Brado (Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville) was the team’s top placer taking second overall in the heptathlon with a score of 4,638 points while freshman sprinter/jumper Kevon Boucaud (Amsterdam) placed third overall in the long jump with a mark of 23-1 1/8.

The Fighting Tigers will next be in action when qualified team members will compete at the 2019 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted by the University of Massachusetts at Boston at the Reggie Lewis Center in Roxbury, Mass. on Friday Mand Saturday.
