The Leader Herald

JOHNSTOWN - A criminal contempt case against a Gloversville man is scheduled to go to trial July 15 in Fulton County Court.

Jury selection will begin that day in the trial of Leroy Betor II, 41, of 63 W. Fulton St., before Judge Polly A. Hoye at the County Courthouse.

Betor was indicted by a county grand jury Feb. 26 on charges of first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Police said he violated an order of protection for his girlfriend. Police said Betor spit in her face and grabbed her.
