Clarification

March 16, 2013
The Leader Herald

A story in Thursday's edition about the Hudson River-Black River Regulating District board approving agreements with five downstream counties requires clarification.

The story explained how the annual fees will be divided among the counties. The percentages recently were updated. The $3.5 million and future annual fees will be divided this way: Albany County paying 34.56 percent; Saratoga County, 34.6 percent; Rensselaer County, 18.12 percent; Warren County, 8.11 percent; and Washington County, 4.62 percent.

The Leader-Herald is committed to accuracy and fairness. Report errors of fact to the news desk at 725-8616, Ext. 315.
