Amsterdam bowlers sweep Troy, 7-0

AMSTERDAM - Ben Patrick rolled a 218-614 to lead Amsterdam to a 7-0 win over Troy in a Big 10 bowling match at Kelly's Imperial Bowling Center on Thursday.

Joe Spagnola finished with a 605 series for the Rams, while Billy McGaffin posted a 602.

Amsterdam finished with a 3,496-2,727 advantage in total pins.

Canajoharie 4, Mayfield 0

GLOVERSVILLE - Damon Mason rolled a 249-610 to lead Canajoharie to a sweep of Mayfield in a Western Athletic Conference match at Arterial Lanes.

Bailey Pitonza posted a 232-594 for the Cougars, while Mike Bowman added a 201-571.

Anthony Brandow rolled a 222-603 to lead Mayfield, while Alex Colby added a 168-483.

Canajoharie finished with a 2,834-2,237 advantage in total pins.

Mechanicville 28, Fonda-Fultonville 4

JOHNSTOWN - John McCadden rolled a 264-658 to lead Mechanicville past Fonda-Fultonville at Perry Lanes.

Ben Dorsey posted a 244-637 for the Knights, while Drew McHale added a 227-601.

Lucas Squadrito rolled a 196-525 to lead Fonda-Fultonville, while Ethan Gifford posted a 186-500.

Lansingburgh finished with a 3,477-2,780 advantage in total pins.

Kendra Kilcullen had a 139-365 for Canajoharie, while Laura Satterlee added a 150-360.

JOHNSTOWN - Lindsey Rosen posted a 212-561 to lead Mechanicville past Fonda-Fultonville at Perry Lanes.

Allison Carola added a 200-497 for the Lady Knights, who finished with a 2,814-2,333 advantage in total pins.
