Lauren Miller, the daughter of Linda Miller and David Miller, both of Gloversville, was united in marriage to Dr. Nicholas Agresti, the son of Renee Agresti and the late Nicholas Agresti Sr. of Secaucus, N.J., at 3:30 p.m. July 8.

The ceremony and reception took place at the Inn at Longshore Golf Course, Westport, Conn., where the couple had first met two years earlier.

The maid of honor was Marina Miller of Gloversville, sister of the bride. The matron of honor was Erin Clark of Indianapolis, Ind. The bridal attendants were Kate Curcio of Bethel, Conn., Sara James of Farmingdale, N.J., and Marin Marzigliano of Wantagh, Nassau County. The flower girl was Sophia Turnbull of Stratford, Conn.

The best man was James James of Farmingdale. The groomsmen were Adam Miller of Chandler, Ariz., David Kuhn of Ocala, Fla., Kevin Pine of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Joseph Sullivan of Portland, Ore. The ringbearer was Eli Rosin of Southington, Conn.

A reception for 130 guests immediately followed.

A wedding trip in Hawaii was planned for over Christmas. The couple resides in Savannah, Ga.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Mayfield High School, a 2004 graduate of Marist College, and completed post graduate work at the University at Albany. She works for Eli Lilly and Co. in diabetes care in Savannah, Ga.

The bridegroom received a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University; a medical degree from American University of the Caribbean and completed his residency in Norwalk, Conn. The couple will be relocating to Jacksonville, Fla., where the bridegroom has been accepted into a gastroenterology fellowship at Shands Jacksonville Hospital in July.
