Boys Basketball Roundup: Amsterdam loses to CBA

AMSTERDAM - Greg Stire and Nick Marini each scored nine points to lead Christian Brothers Academy past Amsterdam, 69-33, in a Big 10 boys basketball game Friday.

Drew Brundige and Daniel Owens each had eight points for CBA (3-0 overall, 3-0 Big 10), which had 12 different players score.

Robert Sherlock scored eight points to lead Amsterdam (0-3 overall, 0-3 Big 10.

Keegan Murphy led Saratoga Catholic (1-3 overall, 1-1 WAC North) with 23 points and Ryan Czarnecki added 14. Cameron Coons scored 13 points.

Dustin Tripp scored nine points to lead Sharon Springs (0-3 overall).
