Katie Finch, the daughter of William and Mary Finch Jr. of Fort Johnson, was united in marriage to Philip "Flip" Boshart Jr., the son of Philip Boshart Sr. of Johnstown and Nancy Boshart of Canajoharie, on July 20.

The ceremony took place at St. Joseph's Church, Schenectady.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The matron of honor was Lindsay DiMaso of Niskayuna. The bridal attendants were Amanda Reed of Broadalbin, Mallory Reese of Johnstown, Lauren Miller of Albany, and Emily Ringen of Pompton Plains, N.J.

The best man was William Finch III of Fort Johnson. The groomsmen were David and Jonathan Mosher, both of North Greenbush, Rensselaer County, Jeffrey Liddle of Queens, Queens County, and Ryan DiMaso of Niskayuna, Schenectady County.

A reception for 120 guests took place at the Albany Country Club.

A wedding trip took place in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The couple resides in Oneonta, Otsego County.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth High School and a 2010 graduate of the State University of New York at Cortland. She is a physical education teacher at Oneonta High School.

The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Canajoharie High School and a 2009 graduate of SUNY Cortland. He is a program manager at Spring Brook, Erie County.
