It's programs like this that build character in young people and keep people from ending up wandering downtown Gloversville in pajamas.

Why the subterfuge? All that needs to be said is 'in FC/MC welfare moochers are welcome...Cornell Coop. Extension, infrastructure repairs, County growth..are NOT.' That would be more accurate. You know, it's almost time for the Monthly welfare fraud report and I'll bet that's where the money for this Program went.

This is a worthwhile program I hate to see underfunded considering all the silly things both the county and the state over funds. Think of how just a little bit of the money going into that useless bridge in Amsterdam could benefit this.
