Phone trees when trying to get a real person are annoying
I called Fulton-Montgomery Community College to learn the cost per hour of courses.
I was met by its robot operator system which asked what I wanted.
I began explaining but it did not understand so I said “finance” until I was cut off. I called again and was told to choose 1, 2, 3 or 4. I chose 2. And was sent to financial aid but told to leave a message. I began but never some cutoff by robot to try 1, 2, 3, or 4.
If this is the robot universe we are entering, we are all dead.
The human being can adapt to anything but insanity. Robot systems are insane. And any using them will waste money financing them and will lose business.
