The poll workers for election worked hard, did a great job

I commend the women from the Fulton County Board of Elections who administered voting in Tuesday’s election at Forest Hill Towers. They arrived at 5 a.m. and departed at 9:30 p.m; that’s 16 ¢ hours of dedicated service to the residents of Fulton County, New York. And they were of good humor, helpful, and informative throughout their arduous day’s work.

So hat’s off to them, and by extension to all the Board of Elections administrators.

By the way, they received only modest compensation for their hard work.

Thank you, everyone.
