— Sacandaga Valley Arts Network Artists’ Gallery Fall Exhibit: Fulton County Visitor Center, Routes 29 and 30, Vail Mills. Free and open to the public. Gallery is open weekends.

— Larry VanAlstyne, photographer and sculptor: Micropolis Cooperative Art Gallery, 30 N. Main St., Gloversville. Micropolis member artists work will include paintings, drawings, photographs, fiber art, batik, mixed media, woodwork, glass, digital art, sculpture, jewelry and pottery. The gallery, inside Mohawk Harvest, is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. The show will run through February. — Bob Buck photography exhibit: Frothingham Free Library, 28 W. Main St., Fonda. The exhibit will be on display during the library hours through February.

— 2018 Winter Art Show: Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30, Gloversville. An exhibit of artwork by local and regional artists. Admission is free. The public can view the pieces from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; or from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. The show runs to April 4.



— Snowmobile benefit run — Brenda Ward Scholarship Fund: Ponderosa Pines Resort, North Shore Road, Edinburg, noon to 7:30 p.m. DJ Jukebox Jim follows the run.

Concerts/daytime music


— Linda Lee and the Fox Creek Band: Pawling Hall, 86 N. Pawling St., Hagaman, 4 p.m. $10 cover. All welcome.



— Line dancing: Sharp Shooters Billiards and Sports Pub, 35 E. Main St., Amsterdam, 7 p.m. All-request dancing after lesson until 10 p.m. $6 cover. Lesson and music provided by Sue Kaupelis.



— Johnstown Lions Club fundraiser: Patricia’s, 32 S. Perry St., Johnstown, 1 p.m. $20 donation per person includes light fare. The Lions Club will present The Forgettable Four, a capella quartet and members of the Electric City Chorus.

— The Adirondack Outdoorsman show will be held at the Johnstown Moose, 109 South Comrie Ave., Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost is $5. Children under 16 get in free.
