MAYFIELD –Steven W. Monroe, 53, of Broadalbin was charged by state police on Saturday with driving while intoxiucated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent.
Monroe was released on an appearance ticket.

AMSTERDAM — Savahna A. Depp, 28, of Schenectady was charged by state police on Tuesday with driving while intoxicated, first offense.
She was released on an appearance ticket.

EPHRATAH — A 17-year-old male from St. Johnsville was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief by state police on Monday.
Man allegedly has stolen property
PALATINE — Warren W. Filmer, 41, of Palatine Bridge, was charged by state police on Tuesday with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property for an incident which occurred in Palatine on Feb. 15.
2 teens charged with mischief
EPHRATAH — Two teens –one 17 and one 13 — were charged by state police with fourth-degree criminal mischief for an incident in Ephratah on Nov. 15.
The 17-year-old was arrested on Monday and the 13-year-old on Tuesday.

NORTHVILLE — Michael P. White, 36, of Ballston Spa was charged by state police on Tuesday with driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
Man charged with forcible touching
FONDA — Scott O. Kneeskern, 41, of Fonda was charged by state police on Wednesday with two counts of forcible touching of intinmate parts and two counts of acting in a manner injurous to a child younger than 17.

EPHRATAH –Three St. Johnsville teens were charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief for an incident in Ephratah on Nov. 15.
The teens were 17, 13 and 15.
Man facing harassment charge
AMSTERDAM — Brent Spicci, 25, of Fonda was charged by state police on Thursday with second-degree aggravated harassment.
Spicci was arraigned and released in his own recognizance.
Man allegedly endangers child
FORT JOHNSON — David J. Cebula, 40, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Tuesday with one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
