Two charged with possessing drugs
GLOVERSVILLE — Kristine M. Poulin, 40, of Gloversville was charged by state police on March 31 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
State police also charged Sonny L. Green, 37, of Gloversville with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Two charged following a fight
AMSTERDAM — State police charged two men following an altercation in the town of Amsterdam.
Joseph M. Nolan, 27, of Hagaman was charged on March 29 assault with intent to recklessly cause physical injury for the incident which happened on March 29.
Kevin M. Szczepanik, 65, of Hagaman was charged on April 3 with third-degree menacing and criminal mischief with intent to cause property damage.
54-year-old charged with having drugs
JOHNSTOWN– Risa A. Mullinnex, 54, of Mayfield, was charged by state police on April 3 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Man charged with trespassing, 2nd
MAYFIELD — Timothy S. Vannostrand, 23, of Northville was charged by state police on March 28 with second-degree criminal trespass for an incident which happened in Hope on March 27.
Man facing obstruction charges
MAYFIELD — Jack D. Smith, 32, of Mayfield was charged by state police on March 29 with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
He was arraigned and released in his own recognizance.
Driver facing drunk driving charges
AMSTERDAM — James D. Passaniti, 35, of Hagaman was charged by state police on March 27 with driving while intoxicated, first offense, and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
Hagaman man facing assault charge
AMSTERDAM — State police charged Joseph M. Nolan, 27, of Hagaman on March 29 with one count of assault with intent to recklessly cause physical injury.
Driver facing felony unlicensed charge
MAYFIELD — Bruce W. Baker, 49, of Canajoharie was charged by state police on March 30 with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
Hamilton woman charged with stealing
AMSTERDAM — Jolene A.. Yearry, 33, of Hamilton, was charged by state police on March 25 with petit larceny for an incident in the town of Amsterdam.
