Teen charged with sexual misconduct
MAYFIELD — A 17-year-old male teen from Gloversville was charged by state police March 11 with sexual misconduct — oral, anal conduct.
He was released on an appearance ticket to return to Mayfield Village Court at a later date.
Driver charged with being unlicensed
AMSTERDAM — Daquan Speller, 26, of Schenectady was charged by state police Monday with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
He was arraigned and released in his own recognizance to appear in Amsterdam Town Court at a later date.
Man accused of supplying alcohol
PALATINE BRIDGE — Biao Cao, 51, of Slingerlands was charged by state police on Monday with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child involving alcohol.
Cao was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Palatine Bridge Village Court at a later date.
First-degree unlicensed charged
JOHNSTOWN — Collin R, Lewis, 28, of Northville was charged by state police on Monday with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Lewis was arraigned and released in his own recognizance to appear in Johnstown Town Court at a later date.
Two charged with petit larceny
SPECULATOR — Jason R. Sawyer, 45, of Amsterdam and Patrick J. Eagle, 44, of Broadalbin were both charged by state police on March 10 with petit larceny.
Both were released on appearance tickets.
Help sought in missing AR-15
CHESTERTOWN — The New York State Police in Chestertown are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing rifle.
A Rock River AR-15 rifle serial# CM203155 with optic# K3319796 in a black nylon carrying case was last seen on Tuesday, along Route 9 in the vicinity of Riverside Drive in the town of Chestertown.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the rifle is asked to call the State Police at (518)-583-7000.
