Driver charged with driving while drunk

JOHNSTOWN — Jamie J. Wicklund, 39, of 342 Barker Road, Gloversville, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies March 5 with driving while intoxicated.

Deputies said she was arrested following a vehicle stop in the town of Johnstown. She was charged at 5:24 p.m. on Route 29. Deputies determined that Wicklund was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

She will appear later in Town Court.

Driver charged with unlicensed operation

HAGAMAN — Pablo Diaz Jr., 17, of 60 Division St., was charged on Feb. 26 by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies with third-degree aggravated operation of a motor vehicle. 

Diaz was charged following a traffic stop, processed roadside and released on appearance tickets returnable to Amsterdam Town Court. 

Driver at convenient store facing DWI

MAYFIELD — Juli L. Lathers, 34, of 35 Bunn St., Amsterdam, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies March 6 with driving while intoxicated in the town of Mayfield.

Deputies said Lathers was arrested at 8:21 p.m. at the Adirondack Convenient Store, 2460 Route 30, in the town. Deputies were dispatched to the convenience store for an intoxicated female. Upon arrival, deputies interviewed Lathers and determined she had driven a motor vehicle to the store while allegedly intoxicated.

The suspect will appear later in Town Court.
