Two charged in traffic stop

AMSTERDAM — Evelyn L. Cosme, 26, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Thursday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Also charged in the same incident was Antwon S. Moore, 36, of Troy.

Moore was charged with false personation, one count of first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony, and aggravated family offense, a class E felony.

Cosme was released on an appearance ticket and Moore was held for arraignment.

Woman faces false personation charge

OPPENHEIM — Nicole A. Worden, 25, of Stratford was charged by state police with false personation on Friday.

She was released on an appearance ticket.

Driver charged for interlock device

MAYFIELD — Stephen R. Dutcher, 31, of Northville, was charged by state police on Friday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and use of a motor vehicle without an interlock device.

He was released on an appearance ticket.

Unlawfully growing cannabis charged

EPHRATAH — Cheryl L. Stewart, 41, was charged by state police on Saturday with unlawfully growing cannabis for an incident which occurred in Ephratah on Dec. 29.

Man facing felony drug charges, cocaine

AMSTERDAM — Gary J. Sheppie, 36, of Amsterdam was charged by state police with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance — cocaine, a class D felony, on Monday.
