Watertown man charged with CPSP
ALBANY — Anthony I. DeJesus, 28, of Watertown, was charged by state police on Friday with one count of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property with a value of less than $3,000 for an incident which occurred in Fultonville on Nov. 28.
DeJesus was arraigned and released in his own recognizance.
Criminal possession of marijuana charged
PERTH — David G. Garhartt, 51, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Dec. 2 with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
Garhartt was release on an appearance ticket.
Driver charged with driving drunk
MAYFIELD — Arden J. Jarratt, 60, of Gloversville was charged by state police on Saturday with driving while intoxicated.
Accident leads to impaired charges
NORTHAMPTON — Dakota C. Wilson, 23, of Northville was charged by state police on Sunday with first-degree operator impaired by drugs following a one-car accident on Route 30.
Woman facing petit larceny charge
GLEN — Rebecca S. Shibley, 38, of Gloversville was charged by state police Tuesday with petit larceny for an incident which occurred earlier in the day in Amsterdam.
DWI, BAC charges lodged against driver
MAYFIELD — Shelly R. Smith, 61, of Broadalbin was charged by state police on Tuesday with driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
Criminal possession of a weapon charged
CORINTH — Matthew P. Price, 37, of Gloversville was charged by state police on Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
