Possession of a weapon, endangering
ROOT — Joseph J. Snyder, 32, of Sprakers was charged by state police on Friday with endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a call D felony.
Drunk driving, BAC of 0.08%
JOHNSTOWN — Joseph V. Mosso, 25, of Amsterdam was stopped by state police on Route 30 in the town of Johnstown at1:33 a.m. on Saturday and charged with first offense driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
He was released to a third party.
Driver charged with drunk driving
NORTHAMPTON — Donald J. Walrath, 69, of Mayfield was stopped by state police on Route 30 in the town at 6:19 p.m. on Saturday and charged with first offense driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
He was released to a third party.
Man charged with drug possession
GLOVERSVILLE — David W. Hassler,24, of Johnstown was charged by state police on July 20 with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Hassler was released in his own recognizance.
Teen charged with sexual misconduct
GALWAY — An 18-year-old male from Richmondville was charged by state police on July 20 with sexual misconduct.
He was released on an appearance ticket.
