Criminal mischief, other charges lodged

AMSTERDAM –Rambharose Shiva, 25, was charged with two counts of second-degree menacing, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief, second degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon by state police on Monday for an incident that occurred in the town on Sunday.

Active warrant leads to area man’s arrest

GLOVERSVILLE — Christine M. Lewis, 53, of 21 Addison St., was taken into custody on an active bench warrant by city police on Monday at 4:20 p.m.

The warrant for Lewis was issued out of City Court for failure to appear on a charge of petit larceny. Lewis was located by state police and turned over to the Gloversville Police Department.

Lewis was processed and held for arraignment.

Police arrest man on April assault charge

GLOVERSVILLE — Aaron S. Milovicz, 22, of 422 Progress Road, was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant on a charge of third-degree attempted assault, a misdemeanor, by city police on Feb. 10 at 4:40 p.m.

The warrant for Milovicz was issued out of City Court stemming from an investigation into an incident that occurred on April 10 at 6:39 p.m. Police say Milovicz struck an individual causing physical injury.

Milovicz was held for arraignment.

Failure to obey results in man’s arrest

GLOVERSVILLE — Justin J. Wilson, 29, of 79 Homestead Drive, was taken into custody on a probation warrant by city police on Monday at 4:53 p.m.

The warrant for Wilson was issued out of City Court for failure to obey the conditions of his probation. Wilson was located by members of th Johnstown Police Department and turned over to the Gloversville Police Department.

Wilson was processed and held for arraignment.
