Troopers: Woman charged with DWI

PERTH — Kathleen D. Gomula, 50, of Amsterdam was charged with speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more and driving while intoxicated by state police on Monday.

Police: Man had suspended license

JOHNSTOWN — Daniel L. Glover, 26, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies on Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Glover was charged following an accident in the town of Johnstown in which he was allegedly operating his motor vehicle while his license was suspended for failure to answer a summons.

He was issued a uniform traffic ticket to appear in Town Court at a later date.

Man charged with drug possession

GLENVILLE — Mark W. Farley, 28, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Saturday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Man charged after vehicle accident

BROADALBIN — Ronald W. Bailey, 41, of Broadalbin was charged by state police on Saturday with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, suspended registration and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Three charged with drug possession

AMSTERDAM — Anntwanette M. Figueroa, 32, of Fonda, David M. Ayers, 61, of Johnstown and Christine M. Kohout, 42, of Johnstown were each charged by state police on Sunday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Deputies: Man damaged vehicle

JOHNSTOWN — Angel L. Ubiles, 32 of 37 W. Main St., was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Police said Ubiles damaged another person’s vehicle by striking the windshield.

He was issued an appearance ticket for Town Court at a later date.
