AMSTERDAM –Patrick J. Burroughs, 28, of Amsterdam was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent, speeding, and no/inadequate plate lamp by state police on Saturday.
Woman facing harassment charge
MINDEN –Stephanie L. Brownell, 35, was charged with second-degree harassment and acting in a manner to injure a child younger than the age of 17 by state police on Friday.
Troopers said the incident the charges stem from occurred on Oct. 17 in the town.
Littering leads to DWI charges
AMSTERDAM — Jeremy S. Snyder, 29, of Cherry Valley was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent, driving while intoxicated and throwing refuse onto a highway by state police Friday.
Broadalbin man facing charges
BROADALBIN — Peter F. DeJong, 48, of the town was charged with second-degree harassment by state police on Nov. 18.
Trespassing charge lodged Wednesday
CANAJOHARIE — Brandon M. Shelmadine, 25, was charged with trespass by state police on Wednesday.
Troopers said the incident in question occurred on Nov. 6 in the town.
Woman charged with two felonies
GLOVERSVILLE – Jennifer Valentine, 25, of Amsterdam was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, both felonies, by state police on Wednesday.
Troopers said Valentine was taken into custody in the town of Glen. The incident the charges stem from allegedly occurred on Nov. 15 in the city.
Female teen charged with assault
BROADALBIN –An unnamed 15-year-old female from Galway was charged with third-degree assault, and criminal mischief by state police on Nov. 11.
