Driver facing impersonation charge

GLEN — Raymond D. Allen, 40, of Rochester was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and unlawful possession of marijuana by state police on Tuesday.

Troopers said the incident occurred on the New York state Thruway at 7 p.m. on June 18.

Driver charged with DWI on Thruway

FLORIDA — Rafael Velazquez, 48, of Springfield Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent by state police on Saturday.

Troopers said the charges relate to a traffic stop on the New York state Thruway in the town at approximately 1 p.m.

Failure to obey court order charged

PALATINE BRIDGE — Kevin J. Houghton, 20, of Palatine Bridge was charged by state police on Oct. 9 with one count of second-degree criminal contempt for failure to obey a court order.

Houghton was released in his own recognizance.

Woman charged with petit larceny

AMSTERDAM — Jakira G. Rodriguez, 31, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Oct. 9 with petit larceny.
