Man allegedly made terrorist threat

BROADALBIN — David T. Ferlazzo, 56, of 112 Gull Ave., Broadalbin, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies at 8:43 p.m. Tuesday on one felony count of making a terroristic threat.

Deputies said he called the Fulton County Communications Center on Route 29 and allegedly stated to an emergency services dispatcher on a recorded phone line he would “probably find a deputy, and kill them and take their gun and go on a killing spree.”

Assisted by state police, Ferlazzo was taken into custody by deputies without incident.

Ferlazzo was arraigned in Perth Town Court and sent to the County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond bail. He was still being held as of Thursday.

He is due to appear later in Broadalbin Town Court.

Violation of parole leads to arrest

GLOVERSVILLE — Austin H. Flansburg, 19, of East Fulton Street, Gloversville was arrested by city police on Tuesday on an active warrant for violation of state parole.

Flansburg was arrested without incident and remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility without bail.

Woman arrested on larceny warrant

GLOVERSVILLE — Amanda J. Bakerian, 31, of Division Street, Amsterdam was charged by city police on Monday on an active warrant for petit larceny.

Bakerian turned herself in to city police.

In car with victim, woman charged

GLOVERSVILLE — Tina M. Ryan, 51, of Academy Street, Amsterdam was charged by city police on Tuesday with second-degree criminal contempt.

Police said during a traffic stop they learned Ryan was in the vehicle with a person who had an order of protection against her.

Ryan was held for arraignment.

Domestic dispute leads to charges

GLOVERSVILLE — Brandyn S. Ainsworth, 26, of Park Street was charged by city police on Wednesday with third-degree attempted assault, a misdemeanor.

Police said after responding to a call concerning a domestic incident, it was revealed Ainsworth allegedly pulled a female victim to the ground causing redness and a complaint of pain.

Ainsworth was processed and held for arraignment.

Man arrested for failure to appear

GLOVERSVILLE — Tykar B. Burks-Rush, 19, of East Fulton Street, was arrested by city police on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
