Man arrested on active bench warrant

GLOVERSVILLE — Bradley J. Cole, 40, of 33 Homestead Drive, was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant and charged with grand larceny by city police on Friday at 3:42 a.m.

The arrest warrant for Cole stems from a grand larceny complaint from an alleged incident that occurred on April 18 around 8:34 p.m. at 18 Lexington Ave. Cole was located by police at his residence.

Cole was transported to the station where he was processed and held for arraignment.

Sheriffs arrest man on active warrant

JOHNSTOWN — Joseph F. Pagano, 42, of 1294 County Highway 123, Mayfield, was arrested by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant.

Deputies said he was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Johnstown Town Court. Deputies said he was taken into custody at the County Jail, as he was being released from that facility on unrelated charges.

Pagano was arraigned in Town Court and returned to the jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 secure bond. A jail officer said Pagano bailed out Friday morning.
