Man charged with burglarizing building
PERTH — Donald W. Clark, 32, of 127 Circle C Road, Ballston Spa, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s investigators July 11 with felony counts of third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny.
Deputies said he was charged after a joint investigation with the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department. Investigators said Clark allegedly entered a building in the town of Broadalbin multiple times and took property. The burglary took place in June and July, investigators said.
Clark was arraigned in Perth Town Court and sent to the Fulton County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail. A jail spokesperson said Clark was still incarcerated as of Monday.
Teen charged with trespassing
CAROGA — An unidentified 17-year-old male was charged by state police on July 8 with trespass for an incident which occurred on June 27 in Caroga.
The teen was arrested at Caroga Town Court and held for arraignment.
Speeding leads to DWI, other charges
MAYFIELD — David J. Sowle, 31, of Gloversville was charged by state police on July 19 with speeding in excess of 55 mph, driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
Sowle was stopped on Turkey Farm Road at 11:07 p.m.
Amsterdam man facing petit larceny
AMSTERDAM — Genesis Colon, 22, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on July 21 with petit larceny for an incident which occurred in the city of Amsterdam on June 13.
Woman facing DWI, other charges
AMSTERDAM — Shaneeka C. Palmer, 35, of Poughkeepsie, was charged by state police on July 16 with moving from a lane unsafely, failure to use designated lane, driving while intoxicated, having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher, driving while using a cell phone.
Buying a minor alcohol charged
AMSTERDAM — Hayayun Hussain, 55, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on July 15 with unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage to a minor.
Man charged with physical contact
MAYFIELD — William G. Yurkewecz, 32, of Mayfield was charged by state police on July 15 with two counts of second-degree harassment with physical contact.
Man charged with petit larceny
GLEN — James A. Williams, 31, of Canajoharie was charged by state police on July 16 with petit larceny for an incident which occurred on July 10 in Johnstown.
Unlawfully dealing with a child charged
AMSTERDAM — Gary R. Aultman, 35, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on July 15 with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.
