Man charged with harassment

NELLISTON — Jeremy M. Tyrrell, 30, of 117 Pine St., Gloversville was charged on July 8, by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies with second-degree aggravated harassment.

Tyrrell was charged following a complaint in the village of Nelliston.

He was processed and arraigned in Palatine Town Court and is to return at a later date.

Man charged with unlicensed operation

PALATINE — Thomas Peanut Phillips, 35, of 45 Wheelock St., Canajoharie was charged on June 16 by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies with following too closely, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Phillips was charged following the investigation into a hit and run accident.

He was released and is to appear in Town Court at a later date.

Woman’s license suspended since ’09

ROOT — Jessica Railine, 35, of 25818 Virginia Dr Warren, Michigan was charged on June 29, by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and moved from lane unsafely.

A DMV check during a traffic stop confirmed that Railine’s license was suspended on January 6, 2009, for failing to answer a traffic summons in Schenectady County.

She was processed roadside and released on appearance tickets returnable to Town Court at a later date.

Woman charged after domestic incident

GLOVERSVILLE — Brooke Bateholts, 19, of Gloversville, was charged with third-degree attempted assault and third-degree criminal tampering by city police on July 18 at 1:18 a.m.

Bateholts was taken into custody following a domestic violence complaint. During the course of investigation police learned that Bateholts caused injury to a male victim and attempted to damage a vehicle.

Bateholts was arraigned in City Court.
