Man arrested for suspended registration

PALANTINE — Kenneth L. Garrison, 66, of 1186 Latimer Hill Road, Canajoharie was charged on Thursday by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for driving on a suspended registration and an uninspected motor vehicle. Garrison was stopped on Route 5 for allegedly operating an uninspected motor vehicle. While stopped, deputies learned the vehicle had a suspended registration for an insurance lapse.

He was processed roadside and released on appearance tickets.

Police charge driver with felony DWI

FORT JOHNSON — Kayson T. Winters, 36, of Schenectady was charged by state police on Sunday with failure to keep right, having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher, felony driving while intoxicated and felony aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Winters was arraigned and released in her own recognizance.

Local man arrested for speeding, DWI

JOHNSTOWN — William J. Brunetto, 29, of Caroga was charged by state police on Saturday with speeding in a posted zone, driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.

Criminal possession charges lodged

PERTH — Mary B. Narron, 30, of Troy, was charged by state police on Sunday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Domestic dispute leads to multiple charges

DOLGEVILLE — Alexander J. Crane, 26, of 33 Lamberson St., was charged by Dolgeville police on Monday with menacing, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

During a domestic dispute, Crane, allegedly hit his girlfriend and threatened to kill her and their baby in the presence of a three-year-old.

He was arraigned in Salisbury Town Court and released to a third party to appear in Manheim Town Court at a later date.

Two women arrested following altercation

GLEN — Two women were charged with being in a fight on July 8 in the town of Amsterdam, both allegedly also disobeying an order of protection.

Lynoska M. Morales, 21, of Amsterdam was charged at 4:45 p.m. July 8 by state police with first-degree criminal contempt with physical contact and second-degree harassment with physical contact.

Ashley M. Figueroa, 24, of Amsterdam was arrested on July 9 at 9:10 a.m. and charged with first-degree criminal contempt with physical contact and disorderly conduct — fight with violent behavior.

Teen charged with illegal impersonation

JOHNSTOWN — Chelsey A. Small, 19, of Gloversville was charged by state police on July 9 with second-degree criminal impersonation for an incident which occurred in Ephratah.

Unnamed teen charged with criminal mischief

MAYFIELD — An unnamed 18-year-old female from Niskayuna was charged by state police on July 9 with criminal mischief resulting in property damage and third-degree fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle for an incident which occurred July 4 in Johnstown.
