Man was wanted on a bench warrant
JOHNSTOWN — Patrick N. Hughes, 30, of 2571 Batter St., Pattersonville, was arrested by city police at 2:05 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant.
Police said he was arrested on a valid bench warrant out of City Court.
Hughes was held for arraignment in City Court.
Man alleged to have committed larceny
JOHNSTOWN — Steven J. Dillenbeck, 41, of 165 Edick Road, was arrested by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies Aug. 3 at his residence. The exact charge was not divulged by the sheriff’s office.
Deputies said Dillenbeck allegedly committed a larceny at Noble Ace Hardware on Route 30A in the town. Deputies said the suspect was identified from store surveillance.
He will appear later in Town Court.

PERTH — Kathleen D. Gomula, 49, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Friday with failure to use designated lane, driving while intoxicated, having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
Texas man was charged with DWI
JOHNSTOWN — State police charged Donald G. Boucher, 43, of Copperas Cove, Texas with driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher on Saturday.
Man charged with unlicensed operation
MAYFIELD — James M. Palleschi, 40, of Broadalbin was charged by state police on Saturday with second-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding in a posted zone and use of a vehicle without an ignition interlock.

AMSTERDAM – Paul M. Parillo, 38, of Stottville was charged by state police on Sunday with driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.

NORTHAMPTON — Christopher J. McAuliff, 35, of Gloversville, was charged by state police on Saturday with speeding in a posted zone, driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
Man charged with having marijuana
JOHNSTOWN — State police charged Robert J. Kennedy, 33, of Bedford Hills on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, unlawful possession of marijuana, and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Fort Plain man charged with burglary
NELLISTON – Emelio Mauceri, 27, of Fort Plain was charged by state police on Saturday with third-degree burglary — illegal entry with intent.
