Possible COVID exposures
JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Health Department is alerting residents of a potential recent COVID-19 exposures.
A news release said exposure at Sam’s Seafood, 281 N. Comrie Ave. may have been on these dates:
∫ Monday, March 22, between 10:30 a.m. — 8 p.m. The quarantine end date was April 1.
∫ Wednesday, March 24, between 10:30 a.m. — 8 p.m. The quarantine end date is today.
∫ Thursday, March 25, between 10:30 a.m. — 8 p.m. The quarantine end date is Sunday.
∫ Friday, March 26, between 10:30 a.m. — 8 p.m. The quarantine end date is Monday.
Applebee’s Bar & Grill, 223 N. Comrie Ave. on the following dates:
∫ Friday, March 26, between 11 a.m. — 11 p.m. The quarantine end date is Monday.
∫ Saturday, March 27 between 11 a.m – 11 pm. The quarantine end date is Tuesday.
∫ Sunday, March 28 between 11 a.m — 11 pm. The quarantine end date is Wednesday.
∫ Sunday, March 29, 2021 between 11 a.m. — 11 p.m. The quarantine end date is Thursday.
If you have been affected by the exposure monitor yourself for symptoms up to 14 days after the time of exposure. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or a runny nose, nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea.
If symptoms occur, contact your primary care provider for further guidance on testing. If you are a high-risk individual, contact your doctor even if symptoms are mild. Testing sites can also be located by going to https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/find-test-site-near-you Many individuals also exhibit no symptoms.
Individuals that practiced social distancing, wore a mask, didn’t touch their face and washed their hands are scientifically proven to be less likely to develop COVID 19. Contact your primary care provider for further guidance.
The Fulton County Public Health Department is handling a high volume of calls at this time, the release said.
