Personnel issues in Board’s agenda
Appointments, speakers to be addressed at Monday meet
JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to consider numerous personnel items at its first regular meeting of the year at 1 p.m. Monday at the County Office Building.
The board’s standing committees don’t meet until the end of the month to generate proposed action items for board agendas.
But the board annually has a host of appointments and reappointment to make this time of the year.
Supervisors on Monday are due to make appointments to the following groups: Fulton County Industrial Development Agency, Fish and Wildlife Management Board, Fulton County Soil & Water Conservation District, Fulton County Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board, Great Sacandaga Lake Advisory Council for 2020, Fulton County Center for Regional Growth Board of Directors, Fulton County Office for the Aging Advisory Board, Fulton County Youth Bureau Advisory Board, Public Health Advisory Board for 2020, Fulton County Emergency Medical Services Council, Fulton County Community Services Board, Fulton County Ethics Board, Alternatives to Incarceration Advisory Board, Fulton County Fire Advisory Board, Fulton County Fire Investigation Team, deputy fire coordinators, Fulton County Local Emergency Planning Committee, Fulton County Hazardous Materials Response Team, Fulton County Jury Board, Fulton County Traffic Safety Board, Fulton County Law Library Board of Trustees, Fulton County Planning Board, and Fulton County representative to the Capital District Off-Track Betting Corp. Board of Directors.
In other business, the board is expected to go through these other elements of the session: Public speakers, communications, updates from standing committees, chairman’s report, any proclamations, and old and new business.
