Council meetings return to virtual
GLOVERSVILLE — Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases, Common Council meetings, until further notice, will go back to taking place by video conference only. There are two public hearings scheduled for the Tuesday work session. Any comments can be submitted in writing by close of business on Tuesday at 4 p.m. to the City Clerk’s Office.
The public hearing notices were published in The Leader-Herald and are as follows: A public hearing for the purpose of hearing public comment on the modification of section 284-81 Schedule VI of the Gloversville City Code relating to no parking to add Burlington Avenue and a public hearing for the purpose of hearing public comment on the modification of chapter 218 of the Gloversville City Code to add a Real Property Disposition Committee.
