IDA to hold conference call

JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Industrial Development Agency has scheduled a conference call meeting for 8 a.m. Tuesday, according to a news release.

Because of the Novel COVID-19 emergency, state and federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s Executive Order 220.1 issued on March 12, suspending the open meetings law, this meeting will be held electronically via conference call.

No in person attendance will be allowed. The public can watch and listen to the board meeting by live video streaming. Go to the IDA’s website at: www.fcida.org and click About Us and then Meetings. Follow the instructions for live streaming the meeting. A recording of the meeting will be available on the website shortly after the conclusion of the meeting.
