March art exhibit set at Chamber
GLOVERSVILLE — The Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce, 2 N. Main St., will host a March art exhibit in the chamber gallery for the freshmen students in Pathways in Technology Early College High School titled, “The Light and Dark side of the Mind,” starting with a free meet the artists reception from 11 a.m. to noon on Feb. 28.
The reception will begin with an introduction at 11 a.m., followed by an 11:30 a.m. Positivity Cupcake presentation and announcing for raffle and art contest winners. The exhibit will be displayed Monday through Friday in March from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Students will present personally meaningful artworks that represent different sides of mental health. All the artwork will be presented, along with a couple of interactive art pieces, that everyone can participate in.
