Essential oils class set at Nigra Center

GLOVERSVILLE — The following class is for the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts, 2736 Route 30, according to a news release.

∫ From 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday will be a make and take essential oils class in the cafe. Heather Mattioni will be the instructor. The cost is $15 per person or one gift certificate with members discount.

In the first half of this workshop: The participants will learn all about essential oils and the benefits they provide. Mattioni will teach attendees where they come from; how they are made and how they work with bodies.

In the second half of the workshop: The participants will be making their own scents. Mattioni is bringing all of the supplies necessary to make one’s own therapeutic essential oil roll-on. The attendees can make as many as they want while supplies last. This class includes one free roll-on and each additional roll-on is $2.
