Travel show is slated for Feb. 19

PERTH — The Perth Seniors had their meeting. The prayer and response was by Dottie Richeson. The Pledge of Allegiance and “The Lord’s Prayer” followed. The meeting was opened by Anita Bush. There were 27 in attendance.

The 50-50 was held and the birthdays were announced.

The secretary’s report was given by Grace Bevington-Eglin. The treasurer’s report was given and Wanda Crosbie gave the kitchen report.

In membership, the dues are due this month. In sunshine, sympathy cards were sent out.

Trip report: The travel show will be Feb. 19.

The Valentine’s Day social will be held Feb. 6. Soda and chips will be provided. Everyone is to bring two sandwiches cut into quarters.

The group is looking for new members. They meet from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday and play bingo. Every other Wednesday is social and the other Wednesday is a meeting from 10:45 to 11:30 a.m.

Feb. 8, at 6 p.m. at the Paul Nigra Center will be a family-style dinner roast pork, pot roast, mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, salad, rolls, chocolate mousse, beverage. Murder at Crabby Abbey dinner theater.

May 20 to 24, Glen-Mohawk Seniors trip to the Maine Coast.
