Harvest feast slated for Arkell Museum

CANAJOHARIE — A harvest feast will be prepared on Saturday at 6 p.m. for by the Chefs’ Consortium, a group of New York chefs dedicated to promoting locally grown farm-fresh food, at Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library, 2 Erie Blvd.

Chefs will be serving appetizers, salads, soups, main courses and desserts from stations in Arkell’s Great Hall. Beverages include local beer and sweet cider, sparkling water and wine.
